The Thomas School of Real Estate is now offering both the prelicensing and postlicensing courses ONLINE. The courses will be delivered on the "Zoom" online platform. Each course will be delivered through a "live" synchronous nature. This means that attendance will be taken and each student is expected to be present for the completion of the required hours. Any student who enrolls must purchase the required textbook. The required textbooks can be purchased on this site and also in digital form. Students must have the proper technology to complete each course. This includes: Laptop, camera , Ipad that has a microphone and of course excellent internet access. Courses cannot be completed on a cell phone.
